Capabilities
Four capabilities.
One connected system.
Engage one capability, or build an integrated team around a wider brief. Scope is agreed before any delivery starts.
Strategy & Intelligence
Clear thinking before execution. We turn market, audience and business signals into a focused plan for growth.
- 01Discovery
- 02Research
- 03Positioning
- 04Prioritisation
- 05Planning
- 06Validation
One to six weeks, depending on the complexity of the business, the scope of work and the decisions we need to solve. Working sessions are built in, so the strategy is shaped with you rather than handed over at the end.
By completion you receive a clear strategic direction your team can actually use to guide marketing, communications, creative and growth decisions.
- Business and brand assessment
- Market, competitor and audience analysis
- Positioning and value proposition
- Strategic priorities and growth opportunities
- Audience and customer direction
- Messaging and communications framework
- Channel and marketing recommendations
- Content and campaign direction
- 90-day execution roadmap
- Final strategy document and presentation
- Leadership to team strategy handover session
Creative & Production
A lean core crew, expanded with specialist production partners when a shoot needs more scale. For most commercial content, producing, creative direction, camera, lighting, sound and post are handled directly.
Typical shoots
Usually handled in-house
Pre-production, scripting support, shot planning, directing, standard camera production, interviews, social content and editing.
Partnered when required
Drone cinematography, large lighting and grip packages, cinema-camera packages, specialist sound, large multi-camera crews, set construction, complex locations and higher-scale commercial productions.
Typical turnaround
Delivery is final master files plus agreed platform-specific versions for web, social media, advertising or internal use.
Media, PR & Activation
In Uganda we plan and coordinate media buying across television, radio, digital publishers, social platforms, print, outdoor placements and selected influencer partnerships. Our strongest direct experience is across broadcast and digital media, including campaign placements and integrations.
Spot buying, programme integrations, sponsorships and selected branded segments.
How a media buy is planned
- Define the campaign objective, audience and geography
- Set the available media budget
- Compare channels by audience fit, expected reach, frequency and cost
- Request current rate cards, availability and placement options
- Negotiate rates, added value and scheduling where possible
- Build a media plan showing channels, placements, dates, quantities and spend
- Obtain client approval before booking
- Coordinate bookings, material delivery and campaign execution
Public relations
Shape what you need to say, and who needs to hear it.
Our PR work is about helping organisations shape what they need to say, identify who needs to hear it, and create credible opportunities for that story to be carried beyond their own channels.
Launches, corporate announcements and the moments an organisation chooses in advance.
Situations where an organisation needs to manage reputation, respond quickly, or communicate clearly with the public.
How we report
- Approved media plan and budget
- Booking and placement schedule
- Proof of placement or transmission where available
- Digital performance data for measurable channels
- Campaign summary covering what ran, where it ran, performance and any recommended next actions
Digital & Technology
We design and build digital products around what the business actually needs, from high-performance websites and e-commerce platforms to customer portals, dashboards, internal systems and selected mobile applications. The technology is chosen around the project rather than forcing every client onto one platform.

A typical web engagement
- Discovery, requirements and site architecture
- UX/UI design and responsive development
- CMS setup where the client needs to manage content
- E-commerce, customer accounts and payment integrations
- Forms, lead capture and third-party integrations
- Custom APIs and connections between business systems
- Database-backed portals and dashboards where required
- Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking
- Technical and on-page SEO foundations
- Domain, DNS, SSL and hosting or deployment configuration
- Performance, browser and device testing
- Security configuration and pre-launch QA
- Production launch and post-launch support
- Client onboarding and handover
We configure and manage the hosting and deployment environment, or work with infrastructure the client already owns. Wherever practical the domain, hosting accounts, analytics and other critical platforms remain under the client’s ownership, with the required access provided to us during the engagement.
After launch, support can continue as a maintenance engagement covering performance optimisation, security updates, content changes, bug fixes, backups, monitoring and the development of new functionality.
At completion the client receives the relevant administrative access, custom-developed project assets and code, platform access, analytics access and an onboarding walkthrough of how the system is managed. Any proprietary or third-party technology remains subject to its own licensing terms.
Clients who do not require ongoing support instead receive a full handover, so the platform is not dependent on us to continue operating.
AI & repetitive-task automation
We identify the repetitive process first.
Then we define the business rules and controls around it, and only then determine whether automation, system integration or AI is the right solution. The objective is not to add AI for the sake of it. Where a business has repetitive digital work, we design integrations and AI-assisted workflows that reduce the amount of manual administration required.
Nine recurring tasks, each one waiting on a person.
- Lead capture and routing
- Customer follow-ups
- WhatsApp-driven workflow capture
- Payment and invoice reminders
- Post-call actions and follow-up tasks
- Moving information between systems
- Notifications and internal alerts
- Routine reporting and data updates
- Repetitive administrative workflows
Not sure which you need? Start with the question.
Every engagement begins with the business question, the audience and the outcome.
